For CalArts Halloween 2021 I Produced the event which included managing a 75,000 budget, leading a team of 38 students and 13 staff members and interacted with facilities and CalArts faculty to make a safe and welcoming event. I also was the Lighting Designer for the Main Stage as well as managed the other 5 Lighting Designers and their spaces. From conceptualization to load in and load out I helped them every step along the way. For the Main Stage the lighting was controlled by a GrandMA3 running in 2 mode. The event was busked for 6 hours to various performers.
